Enjoyment does not require stress. With the Käfer Christmas Duck, we uphold a tradition that has been a cherished part of Advent and the festive season for many years. Our duck package brings festive moments straight to your home. Everything is fully prepared and ready to serve in just 20 minutes – from the crispy roast duck to the refined side dishes, all perfectly coordinated by our Executive Chef Christoph Büchner.

This way, you have more time for what truly matters and can enjoy special moments with family and friends. Instead of spending hours in the kitchen, you can fully focus on those unique occasions that create lasting memories.

Your menu will be delivered exclusively on each Advent weekend, as well as in time for Christmas Eve on December 23 – fresh, reliable, and stylishly packaged. This makes your celebration not only delicious but also completely relaxed.

INSTRUCTION TEXT

BRIEFLY DESCRIBED

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan).

  • Bring a large pot of water to the boil.

  • Unpack duck breasts and duck legs.

  • Place on a baking tray skin-side up.

  • Tip: Pour over one cup of water – this will make the duck wonderfully crispy.

  • Roast in the oven for 15–20 minutes, depending on desired browning.

  • Kale | Red cabbage | Parsley root purée | Duck-orange sauce

  • Place the sealed bags simultaneously into the hot water bath (approx. 80–95°C).

  • Heat for 15 minutes & prepare plates and serving bowls.

  • 10 minutes before finishing, place the apple-marjoram tartlets in the oven to warm.

  • Arrange the dishes on plates and serve with the cranberry chutney.
