Right of Withdrawal for Online Vouchers and Event Tickets of DACHGARTEN RESTAURANT by Käfer Berlin GmbH

1. Right of Withdrawal (Online Vouchers)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract for the purchase of online vouchers of DACHGARTEN RESTAURANT within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

2. No Right of Withdrawal for Event Tickets

There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for performance (§ 312g para. 2 no. 9 German Civil Code – BGB).

This applies in particular to the purchase of tickets for events, guided tours or other activities that take place on a specified date and/or at a fixed time.

3. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal (for contracts eligible for withdrawal), you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).

4. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from a contract eligible for withdrawal, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

5. Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun the performance of the contract. This is the case if the voucher has already been redeemed, in particular by visiting the restaurant and paying with the voucher.
