Terms and Conditions (T&C) for Voucher Sales by Käfer Berlin GmbH

1. Scope These T&C govern the sale and redemption of gift vouchers (hereinafter referred to as "vouchers" or "gift vouchers") by Käfer Berlin GmbH (hereinafter "we," "us," or "Restaurant") to our customers (hereinafter "customer" or "you").

2. Gift Voucher Sale

2.1 Our vouchers can be purchased exclusively through our gift voucher shop, accessible via the website www.feinkost-kaefer.de/berlin.

2.2 The voucher value is specified in Euros and is due for payment at the time of purchase.

2.3 Customers can choose to pay using PayPal or credit cards.

2.4 Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.

3. Validity Period

3.1 Our vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

3.2 After the validity period expires, the vouchers become void and cannot be redeemed anymore.

3.3 Upon request, it is possible to extend the voucher's validity. This must be done by the customer before visiting the restaurant.

4. Redemption of Vouchers

4.1 Vouchers can only be used for the purchase of goods and services at our DACHGARTEN-RESTAURANT.

4.2 All types of vouchers can be redeemed for any services offered by the DACHGARTEN-RESTAURANT. They are not tied to the specific service they were purchased for.

4.3 The vouchers cannot be redeemed at other companies under the Käfer brand.

4.4 Vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or promotions.

4.5 The voucher value cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Loss or Theft

5.1 The customer is responsible for the secure handling of their vouchers.

5.2 Käfer Berlin GmbH does not assume liability for lost or stolen vouchers.

6. Liability

6.1 We are not liable for damages arising from the improper use of vouchers.

6.2 We reserve the right to invalidate vouchers suspected of misuse, fraud, or fraudulent activities.

7. Changes

7.1 We reserve the right to amend these T&C as well as the voucher terms and conditions at any time.

7.2 Changes will be published on our website and take effect from the date of publication.

8. Data Privacy

8.1 Regarding the handling of customer data, particularly the collection, use, and processing, specific "Data Privacy Information for Customer Data Processing" according to Articles 13, 14, and 21 GDPR can be viewed here: https://www.feinkost-kaefer.de/datenschutz."

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 These T&C are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany for all legal relationships between Käfer Berlin GmbH and the customer. The provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods do not apply.

9.2 For disputes arising from or in connection with these T&C, the local court of Charlottenburg has jurisdiction. If the buyer is a merchant, legal entity under public law, or special fund under public law, Munich shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from the contractual relationship.
