Cancellation Policy for Online Vouchers of DACHGARTEN-RESTAURANT by Käfer Berlin GmbH

1. Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract for the purchase of online vouchers for DACHGARTEN-RESTAURANT within 14 days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

2. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Käfer Berlin GmbH, Platz der Republik 1, berlin@feinkost-kaefer.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will promptly and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal, reimburse you for the payment we have received from you. We will use the same means of payment for this refund that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

4. Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun the execution of the contract. This means if you have visited the restaurant and used your voucher for payment.
